From the rulebook it is not quite clear, but if a character uses a glass steel psionic focus, does it also give a +1 on concentration for arcane spells?
Perhaps I am misunderstanding, but Psionics and Arcane spells are not the same thing. Do you mean spells gained as manifestations through psionic traditions, or cross-class arcane spells?
