The elemental runes (fire, frost, lightning, etc…) don’t seam to have a limit on number of uses. Like 1 before a long rest or short rest. I thought there was a generic limit, but when I reread it I couldn’t find anything like that.

No limit… they activate on a roll of 20, enjoy
