Just double checking.
In FiM2 the rune of Altheres (blessed) upgrades the quality of an armor. So an exceptional rune placed on exceptional armor would upgrade the armor to legendary quality (though per the text of the rune it doesn’t grant the extra rune slot.)
Is this rune LA legal? I know some PCI people get funny about the PCs potentially having legendary gear.
The benefit of having legendary armor is an extra point of AV. It’s an expensive way to get that point, but as an item bonus it’d have the advantage of stacking with everything else granted by spells, runes and talents.
