Salamankas = Troglodytes?

    I believe I asked this question quite a while ago and never got an answer, but I thought I’d try again:

    Are the Salamankas mentioned in the ARPG section for Ssethregore the same as the Troglodytes from the 3.5 days, as well as “Gleams of Fire” which came out for Homeplay recently? There seems to be a connection between them with elements of story tying them together, but the use of the name “Troglodyte” in the recent adventure shows a possible consistency issue which could lead to confusion.

    I would have said yes at some past point. The Salamanks have replaced the Trogs from the old campaign. Now I don’t know. Considering that the Salamanks spit fire and the Trogs have that special stink, I’m guessing there is room for both of them mechanically. OTOH I’m not sure how they fit together with the Ssethrics creation myths.
