Skill Heroes may have no more than three powers modified with the all skill power.
How does this apply to something like Enhanced Attributes where you could buy it 8 separate times for each attribute. Can you only have three enhanced attributes through “All Skill”? Or can you enhance all your attributes and apply the All Skill modifier to two more powers?
