Are the tables referred to supposed to be:
2-23 (Balanced Weapons) through 2-26 (Shields) and not 2-22 (Weapon Quality)? You can’t ‘create an item’ from Table 2-22.Also I assume it’s not supposed to include 2-29 (Housing/Lodging)?

As for Kio swords, if it doesn’t have an impeccable history…

You may use this spell to create any single weapon, armor, shield or single piece of gear of Good Quality from Table 2-23, 2-24, 2-25, 2-26, 2-30, 2-31, or 2-32.
