There seem to be two versions. One is a Heritage (Val) Tier III spell – in the ARG, and the other is a Heritage (Val) TierII spell – in the Codex of Heroes. They are very similar, but not the same.
Does the spelling the Codex supersede the ARG version? There are things about the higher Teir version that are better (damage etc). Are they both legal?
