    Q: How to characters acquire their starting languages?
    A: there are three steps in character creation which the character acquires languages.

    you say there are three but you have 4 listed

    Q: when Race lists “Native Nation” exactly how many languages are granted
    A: your hero gains 1 language, much must be chosen from their native nation. If you already know the all of the nation’s languages, the bonus language is lost.
