Just a quick question, maybe not even a subject for errata –
The intent and flavor of this fighting style (as I’m reading it) is to wield a steel whip in one hand with a smaller weapon in the off-hand. If this is the idea behind this style (and maybe I’m incorrect) why would unarmed not be an acceptable off-hand?
Currently the requirements for this style are – Two-Weapon Fighting (ta), Weapon Mastery (steel whip) (ta) and 5 Ranks in Melee (Balanced and Unbalanced)
Perhaps it could be changed to – Two-Weapon Fighting (ta), Weapon Mastery (steel whip) (ta) and 5 Ranks in Melee (Unbalanced) and 5 Ranks in Melee (Balanced or Unarmed).
Mechanically, I don’t really see it working any different but it allows for a little more variation and flavor to this style.
