Dear Sir or Madame,
We are receiving reports of strange graffiti being left around the First City. Given the multitudes of cultures that pass through this crossroads of the world, this is not surprising. What we do find surprising…or at least odd… is that these scribbling are allegedly encrypted in either a strange code or cipher. Are these messages from another clandestine organization? Or something else? And does this potentially impact our interests and goals?
Please look into this for us for us. If you fail to find a lead or two on your own, based on your history in the First City and Blessed Lands, then we recommend you try picking up the trail in the Park of Twelve Oaks. At a minimum we want a copy of these writings. But it would be even better if some enterprising agent decoded them…
