    Something I noticed that was a concern about Summon Animal, and Bestial Transformation would have the same kind of issue, is that it doesn’t say anything about the power level of an animal.
    Summoning a common delta level cat, and summoning an ultra level great cat would be pretty different.
    For my game I’ve limited it to the summoned creature can’t be a higher power level than the character. In our specific case it is a character with an affinity for bears, so I’ve made a black bear to represent a delta level bear.

    Limit to the powers rank or the powers passive modifier… I would need to play around with it in game to see which way to go.
