Proposal (With clarification on TWF in Bold)
Effects:
The effects of both maneuvers are combined. Single Target maneuver effects are applied to all Targets when combined with a multiple Target maneuver. If a Multiple Target Maneuver is combined with a Two-Weapon Fighting Maneuver, only the first attack applies to all Targets. If two maneuvers which grant Attribute) die are combined, exploding damage may only applied from one of the Attribute dice. If multiple Attribute Dice explode, you may choose the Attribute die you want to reroll.March 21, 2014 at 6:22 pm #260599AnonymousInactiveIf ANY maneuver is applied to TWF, you only gain none of the second maneuver’ benefits to the second part.

Only insofar as it says “basic attack” with your off hand. However, there are some maneuvers (Flowing Sand, for instance) that say “make a basic attack against each target”. This muddles the water when combined with adding the bit about single target attacks affecting each of the multi-attack targets. It was just a way to clean things up and avoid any ambiguity.
