Can a Val Sungha be an Eldritch caster or is elder the only option? There isn’t a specific racial trait for it (and it’s not specifically excluded anywhere I can find) like the others and other Vals are Eldritch.

val’Sungha may only be Elder Casters, and Kio may only be Eldritch Casters.
