OK – here’s one that Cody worked on a bit, but needs some vetting from others to be sure it’s not too overpowered.

Aura of the Goddess [Racial, Unique]
The spark of Belisarda is so strong within you that your very presence seems to reinvigorate those around you.
Requirements: Bloodline of Life T.2, Vitality of the Orumar (ta), Charisma 7, [Vaerdos].
Benefit: Your allies are healed more when in your presence. All allies within 15′ of you who receive a healing effect which heals stamina damage gain additional Stamina equal to your Tier. If the healed ally is an Elorii, they gain an additional +1 stamina on top of either of the previous bonuses. Additionally, you gain Heal as a trained skill with 1 rank. If you are already trained in Heal, you gain +1 on all Heal Action Skill Rolls which stacks with other Talent bonuses.

Cleaned up the wording as there was an “either” in there that didn’t have an or option. I’m fine with the benefit as I believe intended.

Requirements: Bloodline of Life T.2, Vitality of the Orumar (ta), Charisma 7, [Vaerdos].
Benefit: Your allies are healed more when in your presence. All allies within 10′ of you who receive a healing effect which heals stamina damage gain additional Stamina equal to your Tier. If the healed ally is an Elorii, they gain an additional +1 stamina. You also gain Heal as a trained skill with 1 rank. If you are already trained in Heal, you gain +1 on all Heal Action Skill Rolls which stacks with other Talent bonuses.
Special: This bonus only applies to healing. In spells or abilities which heal some creatures but may harm others (such as Channeling), the additional healing does not do additional damage.

That’s a concern of mine. Doesn’t this sound TOO good?

    Quite possibly.

What about changing the benefit to +1 to healing provided from anyone other than the one with the feat and the tiered benefit for healing effects originating with the one with the talent?

So, other party member A with leadership uses Rallying Cry and those within the aura get +1 to whatever leadership total party member A generates. Party member B with the talent leaderships and everyone within range gets a bump equal to the talent owner’s Tier. One more if you’re an elorii.

    Thoughts?

I’m fine with just a general “all creatures within 10′ of you get +1 healing on all healing effects, and +1 if you are the source, +1 if they are Elorii”. This could actually be super fun if they ever have to fight Malfelans in melee who would get healed +2 if they use a healing ability on themselves \";)\"

All living creatures within 10′ who are the subject of a healing effect are healed an additional amount of stamina equal to half your Hero Tier (rounded up). If you are the source of this healing, the creature gains an additional +1 Stamina, and if that creature is an Elorii, they gain an additional +1. You also gain Heal as a trained skill with 1 rank. A couple notes…

    1. Change “Benefit: Your allies” to “Benefit: All living creatures” to avoid ambiguity.
    2. Yes, I thought it was pretty good. But I was thinking that the 10′ would help to limit the usefulness a bit. Regardless, I’m not opposed to the new changes.

The new changes seem fair to me. When providing the cert to the player, I would ‘boldface’ the word “All” just to ensure to get the point across.

A couple of things…1) Given the nature/feel of the Talent, I think it should only apply to magical healing effects or healing from Blessed Vitality. Not Diehard, Leadership, Healing skill, etc.
    2) If this is focusing on Belisarda as a life-giver, I would not let it apply to any healing spells/effects which damage effects. So, if Devin wants to Channel all day long, fine. But this shouldnt apply as it is also hurting others. 3) To avoid ambiguity, remove the first line under “Benefit”. They should realize he is a conduit to the life-giver. As such, opponents directly healing their allies within his sphere of influence will benefit from his presence.
