    Hey folks. We’ll be returning this year to GenCon and we hope to do better than last year!

    Last year we sat 84 seats of Arcaniacs and 55 of Witch Hunter. An impressive first year showing for the Arcaniacs. We hope to do better (or, say, double) that number.

    We will be having the usual Arcanis and Witch Hunter events. And we have some special things coming down the pipe that I am in no means the right person to reveal \";)\".

    Judging rewards

    4 Slots – Free Badge
    6 Slots – Free 1/4 of Room – LIMITED QUANTITY These will be first come first serve for those judges who want it. I am thinking we’ll have 5 free room slots for judges.

    New Arcanis Events: 1 Soft Point and 1 Hard Point premeire plus Origins mods
    New Witch Hunter Events: 2 new mods plus Origins mods
    New Special Events: 2 5e Arcanis modules

    I’m interested in judging some slots. I don’t know if I’ll do the full 4 slots or not, but I want to help. I’d like the opportunity to Slot 0 stuff if at all possible \":)\"

    We’re getting ready to make a push for judges.

    I need to have people who are getting a room in line by May 17th so if you are interested in a room by judging let me know by email or pm. This will be first come gets the room. We have a total of 55 tables in need of judges to fill by go time.

    We’re hoping to see an even better turn out than last year and have even expanded a bit.

    I know this is early, but its the schedule GenCon runs on. We’re still building our presence there and we need your help to make this a success!

    is the badge a reimbursement or will it be a prepaid like a gm badge? also when will you let us know whether you’ll need us or not?

    If you need to sign up for games before we can get the gm badges set, it will be reimbursement. If you can wait, we can set you up later. It really depends on whether or not you can wait.

    Actually badge request is due in same date as event reg so we may be able to make this work better.

    NOTE: If you are waiting for reg before signing up, AND you want room space, you will be too late to get a room. I have enabled the ability to swap gm slots if you want to do so afterwards.

    Ok folks, we’re nearing the deadline and we currently have 4 of 55 tables signed up for. I’m making the requirement to get a room spot only 6 sessions in hopes people will step up. Otherwise we may have to cancel this year.

    Clint, I can daytrip Gencon from Cinci on Saturday to run Arcanis events for the day which would get you 3 tables. Let me know when you can if you need me.
