    Any update on the status of the event slots for GenCon, with what events and when they will be offered available? Been checking the Event Listings at GenCon’s site, but nothing yet, and I’m starting to put a schedule together for the convention.

    You can check the judge sign up page to see when and what is playing. GenCon still hasn’t placed us so we aren’t in the schedule as of yet.

    Badges started going out tonight. I’ll be picking these up at the con on Wednesday after 5:00 and you’ll be able to get them from me after that, but you should have them in your GenCon account.

    We still need about 2 more Arcanis judges 9not counting John) and at least 1 Witch Hunter judge as well as one judge willing to judge 5e.

    We still need about 2 more Arcanis judges 9not counting John) and at least 1 Witch Hunter judge as well as one judge willing to judge 5e.

    I would for Arcanis under a needy situation, but there are already 2 GMs from my area volunteering and don’t want to over-saturate GM list from said area. Thus, I am sitting back for potential desperation, although I don’t want events during the mid-day hours.

    By request I’ve dropped the overall tables we’re running by 1 per slot, so the schedule has changed slightly.

    We especially need help on Saturday.

    Our events are now filtering through the system. We will be located in the Hyatt Regency in rooms E & F. It’s a better location than last year as we will not be as far from the center.

    Everything should be cleared by tonight.
