I put the estimated date as September as a extra-large buffer to get the book out. I would like to have it done and printed for Origins, but if the additional Bestiary section gets funded or any other additions then that will inevitably push the date back.
As to being in the Blessed Lands, I can say that it will continue to play an integral part of the campaign for at least another year if not more.
