Arcanicon 2016!!!

Ok, we’re registered at the hotel. Are they asking for character information in advance again? I just don’t want to miss submitting if it’s needed.

Yes, there’s a link somewhere in the forums for submitting character info for Arcanicon.

For those who have not done so, the booking date for hotel room special rate is February 11th.

You should either use the booking link below or call the hotel directly at 773-332-8087 and ask for Jeremy. Do NOT call the main Holiday Inn booking line as it will be more difficult to get the reduced rate that way.

Anyone up for sharing a hotel room for ArcaniCon? I tend to prefer two in a room.

Several real-life matters have delayed me till now, but it’s time to make plans and light the lights!

Is anyone up for joining in a Crusade battle interactive module during ArcaniCon? A few of us (currently four) are putting together a table of a Crusade BI. It’s hard to get the players together for such an event, but this con is a good bet for it. We have a few players (one of whom is willing to GM), and we are seeking more players and/or a GM. Please reply via PM and/or in this thread if you’re interested. We’d prefer to do the first Crusade BI:

A1-HP7 The Battle of Jappa: “Where is your god now?”
The Milandisian branch of the Templars of Hurrian have arranged a secret plot to achieve victory against the Infernal army at any cost. Now, the vanguard of the Infernal army is reaching the walls of the town of Jappa, and the army of the Crusade is days away. Thoughts of victory vanish in a desperate scramble for survival.

So what characters will be attending? Nicole and my plans are to bring our alternates so Alesia dark-kin Assassin of Cadic (will be 1.8) and The Mountain my huge human Former Gladiator Myrmidon (1.9). Our legionnaires will be there as needed if that makes the tables for the Special easier, but we’re looking to play the other characters.

Well with the special named “The Plagued Boneyard” it would make sense for my Beltinian Exorcist Haakon val’Ishi to be there. Plus I’m trying to get him a little higher into Tier 2 before Origins. He’ll be Tier 2.5 going in so there’s a good chance I’ll be 2.6 coming out. But I’m always willing to play the character that would most fit the mod, since I can still replay for ep and gold.

My roommate Beth will most likely be playing her Kio Rhin’anake Kith Ladhywin while my friend John will also be bringing his Kio Gileas.

If anyone is playing As Heaven Bickers and has a Tultipetan Dwarf play that character in that mod. Given our back story it made the mod a lot more…interesting. Of course that’s just how we roll.
