Hello everyone and Happy New Year!
Since we unlocked the re-issuing of the Ssethregore source book Stretch Goal, I will be writing a new chapter on the Black Talons which will have, in addition to the usual fluff, some additional Ss’ressen Player Friendly Crunch.
So I thought I would open this up to the player base and ask: Is there anything in particular you would like to see in said chapter or any burning question you’d like to see addressed?
Thanks!

1) what was the effect of the big Issori bug that went stomping toward Ssethregore during the 2nd Battle of Semar BI?
2) What is up with the Val’Sosi ss’ressen?
3) What is the status/update/effect of the old Black Talon player group “the Order of the Branded?” aka “the cult of Ven”January 2, 2014 at 1:20 am #254406AnonymousInactiveMaybe some information about Lampeltis or maybe a map/organization of the Sulfur marshes? I can see this being useful for home campaigns and for adventure writers.
January 2, 2014 at 2:06 am #254407AnonymousInactiveIt would be nice to see some arcane crunch in the Ssethregore book, for the new val’Sosi and others…maybe some secrets of the Ssanu stolen by rogue Ssethrics?

January 2, 2014 at 5:44 am #254410frootsnaxParticipantAt the larp before the second Battle of Semar the Ulysses val’Ishi of Enpyben gave the right to psionic training to the black talon representative. However we know that at least one Orthodoxy secret mission in Enpyben attacked a private shrine to the Fire Dragon. What has come of all this?
At the last Larp of King Osrics Court the black talon representative gained the right to create a ss’ressen knighthood in milandir. What has happened as a result of that?

A Ss’ressen knighthood path (similar to Order of the Phoenix) would be interesting…

January 2, 2014 at 2:28 pm #254417AnonymousInactiveOne thing I’m curious about is whether there are any interactions between the Black Talons and the Abessian Dominion given the events at the end of the first campaign. I’m also curious whether there are any interactions between the val’Inares and the val’Sosi.
With a sweep of his hat,
Paul

Agreed. That’s always been one of the most curious secrets to me.

I’d like to know more about the Val’Inares that “retire” from old age
Sorry, but that’s beyond the scope of this book. That topic would have to be addressed in a val’INares sourcebook.

1) We learned in the last campaign that the Fire Dragon is Kassegore. When exactly do the Fire Dragon Priestesses learn that? Based on the fact that we’re still worshipping the Fire Dragon, I’m assuming that is still a closely held secret by the Priestesses.
2) Is the Ss’ressen Inquisition still happening, for those Ss’ressen who HAVE learned the truth about Kassegore?
3) All the things Matt already mentioned. =)
4) I definitely would love to know more about what happened with Abessios as well.If I can think of anything else I’ll post it! Can’t wait to see it! I know James definitely can’t wait for the Disciple of Jeggal Sag path; he’s been waiting since the campaign started. =)

Perhaps more about black talon culture. Daily life sort of thing. It’s easy to imagine what daily life is like for the humans, and there’s enough bits of info on Elorii to know what their daily life is like, but the black talon daily life doesn’t seem to have much, if any, information on it. I find it helpful to know that when making a character.
