    Alas, Paul and I have hit a bit of an impasse on some issues on the dropbox, and without additional voices we’re (read: I am) having some problems budging from positions on edit passes.

    Additionally, is it possible for Henry to post the Table of Contents here or on the Dropbox? There are a couple content and flavour questions that I think can be handled with a table of contents (for example: How many of the Citadels have been found?).

    The ToC is one of the last things generated (along with the Index).

    The book is broken down in broad strokes as such:

    1. Introduction
    II. History
    III. The Blessed Lands
    IV. Factions and Persona Dramatis of the Blessed Lands
    V. The First City
    VI. Persona Dramatis of the First City
    VII. Rules
    VIII. Bestiary

    As for how many Citadels have been found – all but one (Nier’s), though that may change as I may have one more “lost”.
