– Candle: add space between lit and candle.Knowing Where to Step Through, p 56
4th paragraph, 2nd sentence beginning: “The answer is…”
– ; and , at the end of Order. As in: “…by oral tradition with my Order;, though I did…” Remove one.Tom

Under Skill Foci, p 107, it says: “Skill Specializations…may not be purchased for Fighting or Sorcerous Tradition skills.”
So then why do each of the Sorcerous Traditions on the skill list (p 106) have foci listed? That suggests you CAN focus in the sorcerous skill. So I would think one of these two sections needs to be amended.
Also, on the Skill List (p 106), Speak Language should read “Speak Language (Rea)”, since it’s based on Reason (p 117).

No, they are still Foci, one just cannot specialize in them. That permits the use of items or future rules elements that give bonuses to an individual focus instead of an entire skill.
October 24, 2013 at 4:21 pm #251664AnonymousInactivePrices, p 244
– The Prices tables on this page are actual copies of the Powers tables.October 25, 2013 at 11:23 am #251695AnonymousInactiveStarting Kits, p 147-148
– The folk healer Background (p 69) gives the character a Healer’s Kit. This kit is missing from the collection in Starting Kits.
– The Hunter’s Kit is missing too.October 26, 2013 at 3:34 am #251729AnonymousInactiveI like that is now stuff I have already seen and corrected. That makes for a good sign. Book will be “close enough” soon

How about this? From one of my players:
IN the weapon description section: The large text doesnt belong
DM: This entry describes the weapon’s Damage Modifier. You
add the number of successes on the action to the Damage *You
*cannot use this weapon one-handed.
Modifier to determine the damage. Any time you increase or
decrease a DM, you simply add or subtract the modifier from
the DM. You cannot reduce the DM below +1.This looks like something that is supposed to be attached to the weapons table on the following page maybe.

October 28, 2013 at 4:18 pm #251779AnonymousInactiveThe table moved, and the reference remained. Thanks, I moved it.
October 31, 2013 at 3:00 pm #251869AnonymousInactiveUnder Threat Powers, p 238
– Description of Debilitative Attack is missing.
– Vicious Attack is out of order (both in the index list and in the descriptions).Talents Tables, p 121-122
– Basic Talents, Strong Lungs, p 121: Benefits should read “×2”; current PDF form uses an odd glyph.
– Greater Talents, Iron Fisted, p 122: Same issue. Benefits should read “x2”.Villainous Sorcery, p 174
– p 176, Greater Diabolic Rites partition should appear before “Blasphemous Truths”
– Unseen Hand, p 176, references “…a creature with a Might of 4”. Shouldn’t this be Strength?
– p 176, Villainous Diabolic Rites partition should appear before “Portal to Hell”
– Portal to Hell, p 176: “…must sacrifice at minimum 3 hits…”; should read damage?
– Necromancy, Reanimate the Dead, p 177: “The reanimated corpse(s) are considered a Minion Threat level 1.” Should read Rating.
– Necromancy, Slumbering Death, p 178: Are zombies the same as Zahmbies? (I think I know the answer, but…)
– Necromancy, Trap Ghost, p 177: Third paragraph needs indent.
– Witchcraft, Hex, p 179: line “* An individual can only suffer one accident from a hexed item for the duration of the rite; other successes lead to mishaps” should be attached to Table 2–32: Hex Mishaps on the proceeding page.
– Witchcraft, Hex, p 179, Item: “Anyone who uses the item for the duration of the rite must roll a die for each full hour that he uses it.” Nothing else is explained about this die roll and how it relates to the Hex Mishaps table. What is the Difficulty?November 8, 2013 at 6:50 pm #252069AnonymousInactiveCrusaders Inviolate, p 88
The reference to Chapter Eight: Grimoires and Relics needs to be removed from the last paragraph.Speak Language, p 117-118
– Indent all paragraphs on p 118.
– Remove space before paragraph beginning “Passing as a Native Speaker.”
– Section headings “Passing as a Native Speaker”, “Deciphering Dialects”, and “Note” should be boldfaced and in red. (These are very hard to detect in current form).
– Last paragraph, beginning “Special: All characters…” might be better served by moving to the fore of this section. As it is, it is hardly registers. Alternatively, you might move this to the Advancement (p 100) section since it ONLY pertains to character creation. At the very least, some attention should be pointed to it there. (All six of my players missed this aspect of character creation, though admittedly I never called it out to them. Our character creation worksheet has since been amended.)Tom
