Same here, got my badge and events ordered. Will we get to see the blurbs for the new mods before the con? That would help me decide in advance which character would be the best fit for each adventure. Some fit better than others…

More at Campaign Staff’s decision.
September 25, 2015 at 5:40 pm #269826AnonymousInactiveI’m signed up for a solid fri night through sat evening of the four module (morals, even, upon, As). I am local so could easily do open slots fri morning and afternoon, as well as Sunday. Would love to knock out some crusade hardpoints in those times, especially 1-3, though I am very flexible.

I’m not asking for spoilers but the public blurbs that accompany every Living campaign I’ve ever played. To be more specific that one or two sentence line we see on the cover page. That and to be frank where it’s set is what I am really after. That’s all. I don’t see that as much in the way of spoiler material.
October 13, 2015 at 5:39 am #269968AnonymousInactiveI’ve been making travel plans and am psyched for U-Con!
October 13, 2015 at 3:26 pm #269970AnonymousInactiveGiven that we are closing on a month from the con, any word on when we might see the teasers for the new adventures? Thanks!
October 17, 2015 at 4:39 pm #270015AnonymousInactiveSorry, I have been swamped the last couple weeks…

October 17, 2015 at 5:50 pm #270016AnonymousInactiveThanks Matt! I understand your pain, my boss has been in the hospital this week so my work week jumped from 40 to 56 hours. Like the overtime pay but hate losing the time off…
October 23, 2015 at 6:17 pm #270070AnonymousInactiveAs we are just under a month away from U-Con I am wondering what sort of mods people are looking to play from the Open Library. Putting tables together in advance couldn’t hurt. My plans are to play the four scheduled mods first which opens up Saturday night and Sunday morning for Open Library mods. That said I imagine we can juggle slots if need be. Given the replay option I don’t mind playing something over again as I have characters to apply the xp and gold to, but there are some mods I have played/run between three and four times and would prefer not to do those again. Let’s see what people are looking for and what kind of tables we can put together.

I scheduled for Friday night and all of Saturday for the modules at the convention, leaving the first two slots Friday, and sunday available to play pick-up rounds. I hope too many of the people coming in don’t split up when they are available to play pick up rounds. If your schedule appears more popular, I’ll gladly shift my scheduling around to make tables.
As I posted previously, I would love to get a good run at a non-1.5 cert character by knocking out hardpoint 1.1 (Desperate Measures), 1.2 (desperate times), and 1.3 (strange bedfellow). But considering the deafening silence that followed that proposal, I would also be interested in bumping up my 1.5 certed character with the only three modules he hasn’t played (besides what at the convention) which are SP 1.14 (In Darkness Light), SP 2.02 (Elements of Faith), and SP2.07 (Salvage Operations).
Anything else and all I could bring in would be a 1.1 tier character, which I would prefer to do in modules designed for tier 1.1 characters (see the above hard points)…
October 23, 2015 at 8:47 pm #270075AnonymousInactiveI’m currently set to do open lib Friday afternoon and Sunday morning (with the scheduled mods Friday night and all day Saturday).
My ideal open library mods would be to finish out Ss’kethis:
SP2-6 Edge of the Knife
SP2-8 To Die Alone
SP2-9 In Plain Sight
HP2-1 Into the Blessed Lands
HP2-4 Visions of Lives Past
HP2-5 Vexing PriestsFailing that, G’hyu’thyh can play anything in arc 2 except SP2-2 and 2-3 (Elements of Faith and Horror Within). Given that he’s only 1.6, early arc 2 would likely work much better.

I’ve got a friend of mine with a val’Vascik Crusade character who might be interested in playing these mods. I have some 1.5 secondary characters that I might be able to change to Crusade characters. What sort of character is yours? I ask to see what I would need to bring to the table.
Now to be fair if I can get a later mod that I really want to play I may have to drop out, but I won’t know that until I get there. But it’s been a long time since I’ve played these three so they will almost seem like new again.

My preference would be a really wussy character, so it doesn’t matter what you bring. (psionicist with only “body of the warrior” spell so far, as he doesn’t have ASC yet.) I do have secondary characters I could play in them as well, since I would like to start all my characters without the 1.5 cert.

The above one would suit me. There’s a smattering of old mods I haven’t played.Last I knew, Peter Parker and I were both missing A1-SP “Not My Daughter”.
October 31, 2015 at 1:35 am #270139AnonymousInactiveI don’t know about you but my daughter is the last thing I want Armand around.
