An updated Campaign Guide is now available for download on the Campaign website. It is effective immediately (Nov. 18th, 2013).
Please let me know if there are any immediate concerns, if there is anything missing, or if anything is unclear.
November 19, 2013 at 11:41 am #252343AnonymousInactiveIs it possible to do similar to the Errata and mark the ‘new changes’ in a different color?

That’s what I went looking for and didn’t see. Glad it’s missing and I’m not blind

November 19, 2013 at 3:57 pm #252351AnonymousInactiveBah, Fate cap, I knew I forgot something… Thanks Kenny.
John, I’ll see what I can do. Likely I’ll only highlight significant changes; a lot of the “new changes” were mostly clarifications and updating the e-mails/websites.
November 19, 2013 at 4:18 pm #252352AnonymousInactiveFate cap added, major changes highlighted.
There will be one more update coming once we figure out how to implement it properly. Details in another thread.
November 19, 2013 at 5:19 pm #252361AnonymousInactiveit would be really nice if files downloaded from the campaign website had an extenasion on them like .zip or .pdf
November 19, 2013 at 5:49 pm #252364AnonymousInactiveJosh:
Can you be more specific? (I’m assuming that when you downloaded the campaign guide, you didn’t have a file extension on it.) I just tried downloading it (and I’ve downloaded several other files) using both Chrome and IE and they worked just fine. I’m also running Windows 7.

November 19, 2013 at 6:18 pm #252366AnonymousInactivewin 7, firefox as a browser (I’d rather use chrome but cant behind my work firewall) (firefox ver 17.09)
the campaign guide and 2 adventures that i downloaded didn’t have file extensions on them
November 19, 2013 at 8:28 pm #252371AnonymousInactiveI have had the same problems as Josh using firefox. Some of the files download without extensions.
November 19, 2013 at 9:08 pm #252372AnonymousInactiveIs it safe to assume that this is not happening when you download files from other web sites using Firefox?
Can you try the solution listed here? It’s a bit of overkill, but if the problem is with a setting or addon in Firefox, this should fix it. (And since this appears to be browser-specific at the moment, I’m thinking that this will work.)

Link?
The Downloads page still has: “(new) Ask the Stat Monkey FAQ & Errata 2.0 (05-07-12)”November 20, 2013 at 12:33 am #252378AnonymousInactiveIt is on the Campaign website (legends.paradigmcampaigns.com), not on the PCI website.
November 23, 2013 at 4:36 am #252445AnonymousInactiveThis question is directed at Tony. Using the Exile/Expatriate background can I build/play a character who originally came from Canceri? I have an idea for a val’Virdan who had a falling out with the local power structure as it were and ended up in Altheria. It’s mostly an RP hook so if it’s denied it’s no big deal, but I would like clarification. Thanks!
November 23, 2013 at 4:42 am #252446AnonymousInactiveLast I heard, no.
