Addendum: I realize you can download the mods before they are pulled from the site and still technically play them. But let’s be honest here people generally don’t want to play “retired” adventures.
January 13, 2017 at 3:31 pm #274317AnonymousInactiveI am hopeful that play of the crusade arc will be at least extended to Arcanicon, and that their impending departure will spur a round of crusade arc play. I would be happy to get in numerous crusade arc modules before their demise at the convention. I think it will functionally be a last chance.
So, think Crusade arc modules in the open library slots for Arcanicon guys!
January 13, 2017 at 6:09 pm #274321AnonymousInactiveArcaniCon is technically still A2: Coming of the Destroyer Arc. A3: War of the Paragons does not start until Origins 2017.
January 13, 2017 at 6:47 pm #274324AnonymousInactiveHaven’t some Arc 3 soft points have been premiered?
January 13, 2017 at 6:57 pm #274326AnonymousInactiveAll Soft Points released recently (such as those from U-Con) have been marked as A2.
January 13, 2017 at 6:58 pm #274327AnonymousInactiveOkay, I would have sworn they were A3, but did that change later?
January 13, 2017 at 7:24 pm #274331drafitParticipantAll A3 adventures begin at Origins 2017.
Arcanicon adventures are A2 adventures.
January 13, 2017 at 7:31 pm #274332AnonymousInactiveFor some reason I thought the premieres at UCon said they were A3 which made wonder if were starting the new arc with some soft points.
January 15, 2017 at 11:07 pm #274344AnonymousInactiveAn additional note at this point (January 15th, less than 2 months to ArcaniCon):
For A:RPG, at present we have 31 people who have indicated they will be attending ArcaniCon. Of those people, we have 6 people willing to judge the main event and 7 willing to judge the soft points. Which is currently good numbers in terms of tables and GMs, but less good if there are a whole bunch of people who show up without notice.
Please remember that we *cannot* guarantee that there will be a table available for anyone who does not pre-register, as we will not have enough time to find judges at the last minute. If you are even thinking of coming, please sign up. There’s no penalty for signing up and then not attending if you determine you can’t make it. Anyone who registers *after* February 15th will similarly not be guaranteed a table, so please register and save everyone the hassle.
For 5e Events, we have 4 people who have indicated they will be attending, 2 of whom are judges. This is unfortunate, given the outcry at the fact that we initially did not have plans to offer any 5e and adapted to meet the supposed demand.
January 16, 2017 at 3:30 am #274345AnonymousInactiveWas a confirmation of registration sent? I filled out the registration survey, wanted to be sure I was in.

January 16, 2017 at 5:25 pm #274354AnonymousInactiveIf you are unsure give either myself or Tony a message and we can confirm.
For reference, yes Peter, you are on the list and all is good
February 1, 2017 at 2:36 pm #274523AnonymousInactiveSo I thought it might be useful to resurrect this thread to discuss the planning for open slot ARG tables. I will try to keep track of tables/desired discussed on this thread and update planned events as things are discussed.
We don’t have a convention schedule, but we know the special (which is usually two rounds but may be three) is Saturday, and the two soft points are Friday.
I am particularly interested in getting in the crusade modules Judgment, Desecration, Condemnation, and For Hates Sake; since this will essentially be the last place there will be a chance to play them before retirement. But I will list any tables that people arrange here that I see.

6.Table #3: Saturday morning, start time 8:00 am

February 1, 2017 at 3:45 pm #274525AnonymousInactiveKen let me touch base with the other two folks going with me to the con. Depending on our schedule we might be able help you with a Friday morning and Sunday morning slot. Depends on what time people want to leave to get there. The Friday slot would be more iffy and I have to be at work early Monday morning, but we should be able to do something Sunday morning based on how people are feeling then. Once I know more I will let you go. Of course if you get a table together with other folks feel free to run with that.
February 1, 2017 at 3:46 pm #274526AnonymousInactiveGiven we are basically five weeks away from the con I was wondering if there was any more available information concerning the soft points and the special. Thanks!
