“Hmmm,” says Haakon. “Statements of eyes that wait patiently to be released does suggest something that really should NOT be released. That said, if there are going to be those going I would rather we learn what we can and hope to ameliorate the damage done in its release.”

“From the Emerald Society, we can expect little initial help. Just identify what items are of interest to us, and if need be we can exercise the might of the Inquisition to acquire them for us. The Followers might be a little more forthcoming; they are more concerned with historical antiquities of a less religious bent, which works for us. As to the Sanctorum, I could not say. If you can secure the services of a mage to help us, it would be a great boon, but the artifacts therein are more likely to be divine than arcane in nature. I will see what I can do about providing a contact for each organization for you though before you depart.”

“Very good. I’m ready to depart. Thanks for the words of wisdom and guidance, Servius. I’ll do all I can to fulfill this mission.”

Another figure enters the chamber, making the Rurik of the Pantheon with her gauntleted hands as she says “My apologies, brothers and sisters. I was unavoidably detained and have been… out of circulation for far too long.” Her voice is feminine, cultured, and possessed of a courtly cadence and Milandisian accent, but her pronunciations seem dated compared to the speech of the current generation.

She comes more fully into the light as she speaks. Although she is wearing a blue traveling cloak and cowl that would normally obscure much of her appearance, she approaches in an open manner with the cloak thrown back to reveal herself more fully – though her head remains cowled. She wears Milandisian Andrean plate armor, and beneath it you can see fine clothing and surcoat cut in the style of Milandisian nobility – though one that was popular fifty years ago and has since fallen out of vogue. Her armor is engraved with hymns and images from the holy texts of Hurrian and bears his symbol embossed upon the breastplate. Hanging around her neck is the circular amulet which symbolizes the Mother Church as a whole – replete with the symbols of all twelve gods. She is also, notably, wearing an armband recognizable as the Armillus of the Laurel of Vigilance. Her face is covered by a full metal mask molded in the image of an idealized female val’Tensen. The right half of the mask is crafted in a different shade of metal – indicative of the traditional Hurrianic half-mask. Silver-Grey eyes peer out from beneath the mask, but they seem milky and lack the vitality of life one would expect to see in a person’s eyes. Her silver hair can be seen framing the mask under her cowl. Judging by the dust upon her cloak and armor, it is apparent that she came directly to the meeting place from having traveled some distance.

“I was hoping to be brought up to speed on our current agenda for upcoming events and prophecies, but I see few familiar faces… so allow me to introduce myself” She pauses and bows respectfully as she says “I am Ser Adelheidis Sigrid val’Tensen of Moratavia, but most simply call me Heidi. Please do not be alarmed that I come before you cowled and masked, it is a matter of not wishing to offend rather than of hiding my identity. The Lord of Tombs has seen fit that I serve the Pantheon past my expiration, and most do not care to see the damage that time has wrought upon my mortal vessel.”

((OOC Note: sorry for the threadomancy, but it felt more appropriate to post in the current IC-Round-Robin-Thread than to start a new one… looking for some IC planning for Origins))
